And so, Im back from the OCIP trip.
I must say it's the bestest best camp I've ever been so far. <3
I dont know where and how to start, cause the experience is simply beyond words.
The kids there are, awesome.
To think i lost my temper with some of them on the first day of orientation when they picked up the flies on the floor and started running after me cause they knew i was scared of the flies. Through this period of 6 days, i realised that a happy life is a simple and carefree one.
You dont have to have everything in the world or branded goods to make you happy, but the life that you're living.
The children in Jenka 25 taught me so much.
They lead a simple, yet happy life.
If i had a choice, maybe i'd choose to lead a life like them, even if it means living with flying bugs everywhere. ( Okay, maybe not the flies part. ) HAHA.
The life in Jenka 25:
-HAPPY SPORTS :D ( Life is never boring with you guys around. )
-Waking up every morning and waiting for the kids to arrive. ( Especially AM! :D )
-The super spicy food that the aunties serve us with.
-Kompang ( It's quite amazing that we could actually perform a full performance after only 3 days of practice. (: )
-The flies in the night, where everyone will start screaming and shouting.
-The card games! ( We can never live without them. )
-The songs that we were made to memorise, even if it meant staying up all night.
-Caving ( Awesome. )
-Captain's ball ( And we planned Rugby initially. HAHA. )
-Toilets ( Lynli will always pull me along to go find the bestest and cleanest toilets. HAHAHA. )
AND MANY MORE. :D
